- Meet “Selene” – an AI representation of a woman from the time of Hypatia, introducing visitors to the life and work of the renowned mathematician and scientist.
- Mathematical Experiments – visitors can perform calculations using Napier’s bones and convert numbers from the ancient Egyptian numeral system to modern decimal notation.
- Programming with BBC Micro:bits – an opportunity for hands-on experience in coding.
- Retro Gaming – historic games from the 1970s and 1980s will be available for visitors to try.

About the Museum:
The Cyprus Computer Museum was established in 2017 and is located in Agios Dometios. It houses a collection of over 150 historic computers dating from 1972 to the present day, as well as more than 700 original software titles.
With authorization from the Ministry of Education, the museum offers three-hour educational workshops for schools during working hours and organizes special events open to the public. Additionally, all its materials, including board games and books, are made available under a Creative Commons license.
The museum’s key objectives include the preservation and maintenance of old computers, the promotion of awareness and appreciation of computer history, and the advancement of gender equality by showcasing influential figures who have shaped technological evolution.
